GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

This General terms and conditions (“Terms”) for the services of the digital platform “Elevate to Mastery” (“Platform”) are used for governing standard operating conditions which the Platform shall apply to all their subscribers (“Users”), general conditions for establishing relations with the Users.

The Platform provides a personalized subscription service that allows Users to access specialized content.

The Platform is intended exclusively for licensed aesthetic healthcare professionals (e.g., dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, dentists, ophthalmologists, nurses/NPs where permitted). By proceeding and using this Platform, you confirm you are a licensed professional and will use the content for professional education only. The Platform reserves the right to request proof of licensure, professional registration, or clinic affiliation at any time. The Platform may suspend or terminate your access immediately if your eligibility cannot be verified if we identify any misuse.

Depending on the country of habitual residence of the subscribers at the time of placing a subscription at the Platform, these Terms may be superseded and modified by your country. If you access and use the Platform outside the European Union, you are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations. We make no representation that information on the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside the European Union. Those who choose to access the Platform from outside the European Union do so on their own initiative and at their own risk.

Subject

The Platform grants you access to its learning services, and/or any other spaces, services, videos, applications, content, and features as specified in your personal subscription (“Services”). The Services are provided for professional education and informational purposes only and is not medical advice to patients. The Platform does not establish a doctor-patient relationship, so Users must rely on their own clinical judgment and training.

Account

You will need to register on the Platform for an account to access our Services.

If you register for an account, you must provide accurate account information and promptly update this information if it changes. You also must maintain the security of your account, not share your account credentials, and promptly notify us if you discover or suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission.

By creating an account on the Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications from the Platform (e.g., via email or via another way of notifying as you have chosen). These communications may include notices about your account (e.g., payment authorizations, password changes and other transactional information) and are part of your relationship with the Platform.

You may not (i) create more than one account to access the Platform, (ii) share your account credentials with any third party, or (iii) transfer your account to any third party. The Platform is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by or expense incurred by you because of your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

You agree that you should not rent, resell, or remarket the Platform’s subscription or provide access to the Services to any third party.

Customers

The Platform hereby grants you, on the Terms set forth herein, a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited right to access and use the Platform solely for your non-commercial personal use.

You agree not to view, copy, or procure content or information from the Platform by automated means (such as scripts, bots, spiders, crawlers, or scrapers), or to use other data mining technology or processes to frame, mask, extract data or other materials from the Platform (except as may be a result of the standard search engine or Internet browser usage) unless formally authorized by the Platform under separate written agreement.

You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that violates the academic honesty policy or other conduct policies of your school, university, academic institution, or workplace. No Platform materials made available to you as part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, downloaded, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without the Platform’s prior written permission or as expressly provided in these Terms.

You may not share or transfer your account credentials with any third party. The Platform may impose reasonable limits on your scope of access to the Platform, including limits on time or volume of information accessed or devices used to access the Platform, to prevent unauthorized third-party use of the Services. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about the Services, you should contact the Platform at info@elevate-mastery.com with the subject line “Formal Complaint” (“Complaint”), providing as much detail as possible about the Complaint.

The Platform shall respond to you confirming receipt and shall investigate the matter. Upon receiving the Complaint, the Platform’s customer support shall investigate the Complaint internally, taking into account the importance and complexity of the issue or issues raised.

IP Rights

All intellectual property in the design and layout of the Platform and the material and information published on the Platform belongs to the Platform.

You may not copy any part of the Platform or otherwise do anything in relation to any part of the Platform. You may not otherwise use or reproduce any part of the Platform or the material contained within it in any manner other than those listed above without first obtaining Platform’s prior written permission. Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Platform is the property of the Platform and/or its associates and is protected from unauthorized copying and dissemination by copyright law, trademark law, international conventions, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

Use of the Services on the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

The Platform disclaims all liability in connection with any interactions, correspondence, transactions, and other dealings that you have with any third parties, including, without limitation, all content found on or through the Platform. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on the information in any content on the Platform. It is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, opinion, advice, or other content available through the Platform.

You acknowledge that the Platform and all Services, text, images, and other information on or accessible from the Platform are provided “as is” and content acquired using the Platform are at your sole risk and discretion.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any technique, treatment approach, device use, or medication-related information discussed on the platform is lawful, permitted, and appropriate within your jurisdiction, license, scope of practice, and professional standards. Procedures such as lasers, hyaluronic acid fillers, botulinum toxin injections, surgical techniques, and other aesthetic interventions carry risks and may require certification, supervision, or specific local approvals. Always follow local protocols, manufacturer IFUs, and applicable laws. Some techniques, dosing patterns, indications, or device uses discussed may be considered off-label or non-approved depending on jurisdiction. The Platform does not endorse off-label use, any such discussion is educational and reflective of expert experience. Users remain fully responsible for compliance with local regulations. The Platform is independent and provides education focused on clinical principles and expert methodology. Any mention of products, techniques, or tools is for educational context and does not constitute advertising, endorsement, or promotion.

The Platform does not guarantee outcomes, clinical results, business results, or professional advancement. Individual outcomes vary based on patient factors, clinician skill, settings, and local standards. Users must exercise professional judgment, obtain informed consent where applicable, ensure appropriate patient selection, and follow standard-of-care requirements. The User is responsible for all clinical decisions and outcomes.

The platform does not provide emergency support. Do not use it as a substitute for urgent clinical decision-making, supervision, or local medical guidance.

The Platform expressly disclaims any liability or claims that may arise between Users of its Services. You are solely responsible for your interactions with all other Users and any disputes that arise from those interactions with other Users.
