Privacy Policy

General

The Platform is committed to protecting your personal data.

Before you consent to any data processing or submit information through forms on our website or apps, please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By doing so, you will understand the terms on which we process your data and the conditions under which we cooperate with you.

This Privacy Policy governs your use of the Services, as defined in our General Terms and Conditions. It explains when, where, and why we process the data of people who use the Platform; how we use it; when we may share it; your privacy rights; and how we keep information secure.

You can access the Platform by an account. The website can be browsed without registering, but using the Services requires an account. Limited use is therefore possible without sharing personal details (for example, browsing the site, seeing how the Platform works, reading our blog, or exploring services). However, each time you visit the site, we collect log data and place cookies that track site activity. You can opt out of all non‑essential cookies; essential cookies needed for the site to function cannot be disabled.

If you register, the Platform may process cookie identifiers and the details you provide at sign‑up: first and last name, email address, phone number, Skype ID, or a social network ID (for example, if you sign in with Facebook or connect Google Calendar), your time zone, interface language, IP address, and device type.

Specific scenarios where we collect data and the corresponding purposes are described in detail below. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; we will post changes here and update the modification date. We will also notify you of significant changes by email.

From time to time, we may test new features that affect the scope or purpose of processing; where required, we will notify you in advance and obtain your consent.

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our services, please contact info@elevate-mastery.com.
